Through our research, we uncovered that the field is much bigger beyond getting people back to work. Without abandoning the initial scope and problem field, we found a more compelling predicament outside of ProtectWell’s current responsibilities.

NEXT STEPS

Well21 plans to continue with our research efforts, learning directly from target users and design activities. We’ll be taking the core values we’ve found along with the Optum's guideposts to create prototypes to test our ideas and get direct user feedback. We see a path forward to a product that acts on insights we’ve found, and a roadmap to maneuver ProtectWell from its current state to a future state entailed by the product.
